About Sales @ Fat Dog - who we are and the service we provide

Most online web sites are run completely anonymously from somewhere in the country by people you'll never meet or talk to.   Sales @ Fat Dog  is different.   The owners, Tim and Daniel, both live within the area we supply to, namely Leicestershire and Warwickshire and are, quite often, the people who deliver to your door.   Tim lives near Coventry and Daniel just north of Hinckley.

We've both been in the Pet Services industry for quite a while, over 10 years between us, and decided that providing a delivery service for dry pet food, litter and a variety of other prducts was the next logical step.

Our objective is to provide our customers with great value products, at reasonable prices with FREE delivery.   We specialise in LARGE bags of dry dog & cat food, cat litter and bird seed.

To keep our overheads low, so we can supply at the best possible prices, we've decided to only accept online orders and we only buy in products to order.   We do keep a small amount of stock for our regular customers but in any case we aim to deliver within 7 days.   If it's going to be any longer we'll contact you so you can cancel the order with a full refund if necessary.   Occasionally items may be unavailable and, if that's the case, we'll normally offer you a substitute item.   If that isn't acceptable then we'll issue you with a full refund.
