What exactly can I buy?

The short answer is exactly what you see on our pages and more!   We specialse in  supplying large bags of food, multi packs of cans and foils and litter.   We do this as it gives better value for money to the customer.   Many customers are deterred from buying large bags at the pet shop due to the hassle of getting it home.   We do this for you and so you can get the benefit of better value for money without the problems of carrying it.

Our web site is constantly being updated so if you can’t find a product that you want please contact us and we’ll see if we can get it.

What areas do you cover?

Fill My Bowl currently covers Warwickshire and most  of West Leicestershire.   We cannot put ALL towns and villages on our web site so if you cannot see a Town or Postcode near to you then  please send an email to sales@fatdogandfriends.co.uk with your address and postcode and we’ll let you know if we cover your area.

How do I Pay?

If you buy online then you can pay using your credt or debit card using our secure partner PAYPAL.   If you place a telephone or e-mail order then you can arrange to pay by cash on delivery or by cheque (accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card).

When will my order be delivered?

We currently aim to deliver all orders within 7 days but it is often much quicker.   If you are likely to be out please let us know where we can leave your order.

Will I be charged for delivery?

No, if the item is listed on the Local Delivery part of our web site.   If you place an order for a small item that is not on the web site there may be a delivery charge.   We will notify you of this before accepting the order.

For deliveries outside those areas there may be a delivery charge or a minimum order requirement.   We will notify you of this before accepting the order.

What is your returns policy?

We will deliver your items in an excellent condition.   Our delivery drivers will check each package for damage prior to leaving.   We ask that you immediately check your delivery and notify us of any problems within 24hours.
